Terms & Conditions

1) Goods sold are STRICTLY not refundable or exchangeable (unless otherwise stated).


All items are checked and tested before delivery. If there are parts damaged, faulty or broken caused by delivery process, kindly email to inform us at mationz@gmail.com within 3 days. The procedure to replace your parts will be listed on email.

In rare situation where there are physical damages to the main unit, we will exchange your item with a complete new unit with the following conditions 
•The item and box is in unused condition
•Return in complete set with original packaging and box
•Contact us within 3 days


2) Warranty Period

  • Products (Appliances/Equipments etc) - Refer to Limited warranty policy sheet includes inside the package or at product page.
  • Electronic Replacement parts (Circuit board/sensors/battery etc) - 3 months warranty if the product that using these replacement part is purchase from Mationz. If not, no warranty. 
  • Consumables (Filter/Mop cloths/brushes etc) - No warranty



3) Warranty Claim Procedure

Please contact our technical support team first by phone (+6017 8842688) or email (mationz@gmail.com) to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests can be made by email to the Mationz Service Center at mationz@gmail.com.
